Baby Mac is here!

Mac Leland Barnett has arrived and is spending some quality time in his mommy & daddy's arms right now.

He is still living, and according to the doctor, he is taking some gasping breaths.

They are cuddling him and loving on him now, and we are all waiting patiently... its only a matter of time, though, before we are all fighting over who gets to love on him next :)

What a precious gift for you to be able to hold your son and bond with him.
A lifetime of love is today.
We hold you all in our prayers. Give baby Mac a kiss from the Cullens clan!

This is cheesy but I love this song and think it is appropriate today for my darling Barnetts. We love you and are with you in spirit and are sending welcome hugs to Mac.

There's only us
There's only this
Forget regret
Or life is yours to miss
No other road
No other way
No day but today

Love, Elena

Kathie -thanks for the updates and allowing us all to share in this journey. I am so glad that Claire & Jeff are able to hold, look at, and touch Mac, and shower him with love and affection. It is so special that you and your family will also get to spend time with Mac so that you can together share in the memories being formed today. They are so blessed to have such incredible support from family and friends.
Love, Amy

I've been praying for you over the past few months, and especially in the past few days. I had a dream last night that the sky was dark except for one bright star that was Baby Mac. May you hold your little angel close in your arms.

Claire & Jeff,
Many prayers to you from Austin. We have been following the updates and just pray for as much time as the Lord allows for you all to love on your baby boy. Love, Katie Bartley (Peifer)
